Attend this workshop given by Ann Gnagey and Tom Baribault to find out how this yogurt is different from other yogurts and why it has so many health benefits.
This yogurt is made with fresh* milk that has not been adulterated. The "start" is added to the fresh milk, mixed well, and incubated at room temperature for 24 hours. It is then refrigerated and will last 10 to 14 days. Eating this yogurt will help you and your family enjoy many health benefits including fewer illnesses (colds and flu), relief from asthma and eczema, lower blood pressure, and improved bone density. It is also more easily digested, alleviating complications for people who suffer from lactose intolerance.
